Step 2 :: Install FileZilla

Step 3 :: Run FileZilla

Step 4 :: 

•     In the address bar type: ftp.go-creative.net
•     In the User bar type: ftpuser@go-creative.net
•     In the Password bar type in the password provided in the email.
•     In the Port bar type: 21
•     Click "Quickconnect"

Step 5 :: Click on the folder for upload or download.

Step 6 :: To upload files, find the file you would like to upload in the local section, highlighted in red.

Step 7 :: When you have found the file you wish to upload, right click on it and select upload.

Step 8 :: To download a file, right click on it, and select download.
